We are so excited about our new location in Broken Arrow. Pride's new gym is over 20,000 square feet and will have in ground foam pits, a separate rec and preschool area, more equipment, etc.! Congratulations to Ignacio (Level 10), the National Junior Elite Pommel Horse Champion, and to Lailah (Level 9), the Western National All Around and Vault Champion!
They are Pride's first National Champions! Ignacio was also selected as a member of the USAG Junior National Team! We are so proud of both of these outstanding gymnasts!. Started by former OU gymnast, David Finning, Pride is home to Tulsa's leading USAG boys and girls competitive teams.

This is home. My sons have been training at pride since age 4 and 5. I would not still be living in Tulsa if it were not for the amazing community, coaching and leadership of Pride Gymnastics. They are a gift to the sport and the community and my sons are thriving in their passion under their leadership and guidance. Best place around!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality
I have a boy gymnast on the competitive team(13 year old) and one in a beginner rec class(5 year old). We love this gym so much! My 5 year old asks pretty much every day if we can go see coach Colton. He is really great with the little kids as well as the older ones and you can tell he loves coaching.

They only care about the "elite" students. The rec classes are a joke. They squeeze the rec class in wherever the "elite" are not practicing. Which tends to be in a small area or the same area from week to week. There is a large turnover for the rec coaches. Each new coach does not know the about the ability of the students. With each coach its like starting over. There is only beginner rec classes and the "elite." No in between. There is not a class for your child to advance once they have gotten through the beginner class. Highly suggest going to another gym if your interests are in rec only

We like to keep our toddler active and learning so we signed him up for Gymnastics here. The first couple of times were great, however, they decided to start letting the teenagers teach the 2-3 year old classes (which consisted of 2 children) so not a huge deal. However, the teenagers they choose to put in charge aren’t very patient with the little ones, and expect 2 and 3 year olds to stretch for 20 minutes of the 45 minute class which causes them to lose interest very quickly and then make snide comments such as “or just do what you want” when the 2 and 3 year olds don’t do “toe touches”

They are poorly organized and terrible with communication. The building is very small and is extremely crowded during the week days. If you’re looking for a place to put your child in and want them to grow in their gymnastics skills I suggest finding somewhere else. The classes are way too big and they only have one coach which results into your child not learning anything. If you want your child to move up to USAG level and they are 7 years old don’t waste your time here. They won’t move your child up because she’s too old. The head coaches are very rude when you want to talk to them and

Don't have enough good words for the owners and instructors here. They really take excellent care of the kids. They watch very closely what is happening, are encouraging, yet push at the same time. The facility is great, although it does get warm from time to time. You can really tell they care about the children and care about the quality of what they do. I highly recommend this place if your child is interested in learning gymnastics. They won't find better instruction.

Pride is a very unorganized gymnastics center. The classes are too big, and the turnover of coaches is ridiculous. My daughter was 7 and told she was too old to move to USAG. As far as the facility goes, it is really crowded and the classes don't get priority or time on the equipment, leaving your child not learning anything. I would suggest trying other facilities that will give your child a chance.
