Complete lack of communication until you threaten to dispute the charges with your financial institution. Even then, the merchant continues to makes excuses, trying to justify why the item was never even so much as received by USPS. At first I was understanding, considering the logistics and transportation problems within our country during these uncertain times. But, after reading all the bad reviews from other customers who never received their item, received damaged items, etc. I now believe my item was never taken to DHL or USPS. Awful experience from start to finish. Slow to ship, and when the shirt finally arrived, it was terrible quality. The colors were clearly wrong (printed blue where it should've been white). Customer service was awful. Instead of sending me a replacement that matched the online picture, they made me pay to mail the return. They did not even check inventory to verify whether it was a one-time printing issue or not. It's clear they do not have good quality control. I don't know how they get away with advertising "official merch" for the bands.

Don’t order from them! Their customer service is trash! Ordered from them off of Amazon on 12/11 and received package 12/14. Shirt was the wrong graphic, wrong color, and wrong size. When I called they said they would ship out a return package ASAP. As soon as I received it I was to package the item they sent me and they would ship out the replacement when usps scanned it. Ordered a Misfits hoodie as a Christmas present for my boyfriend and received the wrong size. I'm pretty upset about it, but I just don't have the mental health or patience to wait for them to send me a prepaid parcel to send back the hoodie and wait another 2-3 weeks for the item to be re-printed and mailed.

Don't fall for the Classic Rock Tshirt grab bag. Yes, I know it's cheap and yes, I knots it states random t-shirts. BUT they do ask if it's for male or female and they do advertise it as classic Rock. I recieved 1 classic rock band shirt for a girl, a beyonce t-shirt, a random band ( only masculine shirt), and a rainbow colored tee. This is not a fake account, I made this as to leave a review for such a poor company. I bought from there website. Spent over 100 and got a white tee, it came with red markings on the shirt. I contacted them and returned it. They then said it had been washed and refused to refund my money or even send back the shirt. SO they are holding the shirt hostage saying I must pay before the resend it or I will not get my money or the shirt. What kind of business is this? They are pulling this on multiple I see. They sent me stained and faded worn merchandise and tried to blame me for it saying that I washed it before sending it back for a refund. They are ignoring that I did call to notify them about damaged item before refunding as their return policy states. They sent me the last crummy shirt in storage even though they knew it was unsellable. I will never buy from them again. They must need the money really bad to be so deceitful. They need to learn how to check inventory for damage before shipping. Bunch of crooks.

After several months of waiting I did not receive my order even though I had a delivery notice. When I called the delivery company, I was told the package had been delivered. I lost $ 101 and never got my hoodie! The company never reimbursed me for the package that I never received. What is it, I work for nothing or what !! There are crooks somewhere, that's for sure!

It is now one month since I placed and paid for my order. No response from Rockabilia. They have not even indicated that it has been shipped. They do not respond to customers. Their policy is that after the time has shipped they are no longer responsible for it.

I ordered 2 shirts form rockascamu and 1 was 2 size shorter that what their sizing chart and every sizing chart I found online from the shirt manufacturer. So obviously these are counterfeit or used or washed. They refuse to pay for return shipping because they say the sizes are appropriate. They wouldn't tell me what the approximate cutoff for each size was. I then ask if the shirt is 12 inches shorter than their sizing chart, what then? They tell me "well that's approximately the right size". There are also a lot of fake reviews out there that are pretty easy to spot.

Ordered a large shirt from the site, took about a week to ship. When it arrives, it's the WRONG SIZE and the WRONG SHIRT. Support is never online and their Customer Service hours are incredibly inconvenient for people who have work.

Got 2 baseball jerseys, which are basically 3/4 sleeves t-shirts, $25 each + $26 shipping (so much for free shipping). With the exchange rate, in Canadian dollars, the order came up to $92,37!! And 3 weeks later, I just got a FedEx custom/shipping bill of $19.57.
That's a total of 110.00 canadian dollars for 2 t-shirts! That's a total rip-off. Canadians, shop somewhere else!

I ordered 2 shirts and they came quickly. however, one of them was supposed to be printed on both sides. it came only printed on one side. i tried 3 times now to get ahold of their customer service reps through telephone, & they just keep saying "call back during phone hours, 11a-3p central time." it was 12:13p central time when i called the first time. so now i'm left with a weird shirt that was supposed to be a great valentine's gift, and $23.99 out of my account. i have no idea how to return it or contact them, but all i know is that i will not order again any time soon.

I have read a few reviews and to be honest I was nervous ordering from them but I have to say everything went perfectly.
Most items were shipped right away and I received them within a week. There was one item that was delayed but they told me it would be delayed before I even placed the order. This item was shipped 2 weeks later as they said it would and it is on it's way!!!
I emailed the company as soon as I ordered to just make sure that everything would be shipped right away and they responded within an hour.

I've ordered 3 things from rockabilia. In the past 2 years. The first order arrived on time and seemed to be decent quality. The second order arrived within about 2 months, which was no big deal comsidering it said 6 weeks online. As someone who orders things from china a lot, I'm used to the wait. Wasn't a big deal that it was 2 weeks late to me. However my last order I had placed December 29th 2017. It is now July 18th 2018. I still haven't recieved my shipment. I was hoping to have it for fathers day. I have been calling customer service for months. They have no voicemail

Horrendous customer service. The product I received was a poor quality knock-off that did not match the image shown on their website. I told customer service as much, paid for return shipping myself and they withheld $5.99 from my refund for no reason at all. I asked for my full refund. No response for weeks. I ordered a few times from Rockabilia. What I learned: it's always a gamble when you order anything from them whether you will even get it or not. The items that do eventually come take months to arrive. I mean like four months to five months sometimes. They are extremely hard to get a hold of, a bunch of clowns, they will give you the run around and make a ton of excuses on why you still have not received your merchandise. Checked my mailbox right away and not there.Notified post office and they said address incomplete and it was being sent back to company,Rockabilia said they couldn't do anything until they received it. Really bad customer service. I ordered a couple shirts from them. One was about two sizes too small. Customer Service was extremely rude when I tried explaining the shirt was unwearable.
The other shirt has been on back order for the past five months. That should not be acceptable for any reputable business.
