I was looking for a lazy boy we found a best it was a rocker recliner it was called the beast but it was put out by the best line and I we are just looking right now but I will say Johnny was our guy that worked with us and they did very good I was very pleased

Large selection, but the styles seem to be limited by the out-dated tastes and lack of creativity of the Owners. I have bought several items from them. My overall opinion is that they offer low-quality furniture at ridiculously high prices. I have not been impressed by the level of customer service they offer either. One example; I bought a loveseat with dual recliners for $799. Within 8 months, both recliner release mechanisms were broken. Steffy's only response: "Repair parts are not available". I have purchased items from other local stores that cost a fraction of Steffy Home Furnishings, but

Service here is never pushy. The people who work here are extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They’ve been in this business a very long time. Great staff very polite and helpful and not overbearing major plus. Nice selection set up great. But pricing way to high. I lucked in to different store can order if not in stock for 1/3 of the price.

The staff is super friendly, not pushy, and can find exactly what you are looking for. The furniture that they offer is very high quality. They work with you and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect and convenient for you! Great business and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
