We love our Bullfrog. Sunsplash was great to work with. Our hot tub was delayed due to COVID and record freezing in Texas. We had to wait quite a while to get it, but it was worth the wait. Terri was great to work with as we customized what we wanted. Warren was just as great when he came and set it up for us. Including a tutorial on how to maintain our new oasis in the backyard.
I would totally recommend a Bullfrog and the crew at Sunsplash in Cottonwood.

The recently bought a bullfrog spa from sun splash pools and spas. the customer service is top-notch some of the best in Cottonwood that I have seen. Terri has been amazing to US open communication, always getting back to us and the lovely gifts and thank you cards for purchasing from them was an added bonus. The spa itself has been fantastic it's beautiful. we wish we would have bought our pool from them because their customer service is been amazing! Thank you so much for all you have done for us.

Sunsplash Pools recently concluded construction of our pool, spa, fire pit and the associated plumbing, grading and subcontracting. We are very pleased with the outcome. Sunsplash found creative solutions to the inevitable problems encountered along the way on our narrow lot, and did so during the height of the unpredictability of the community response to the spread of the virus. Sunsplash contractors and employees were uniformly polite, responsive and respectful even if their work schedules were somewhat unpredictable. Sunsplash was flexible when the need arose to make adjustments and modifications

This review is long overdue. Sunsplash is an amazing group of people. Particular shout out to Terry, Eric and Chad. They’ve helped me a lot in getting pool situated. With pools you are bound to run into unexpected last minute issues. Terry responds right away and gets the ball rolling. She’s a very caring and intuitive woman. Great at conflict resolution. One particular time they resolved a very complicated issue that involved another company for pool covers in Phoenix and a span of waiting time (3-4 weeks). My pool cover went loose off track. So happy with our installation/service! Susplash built us a pool 5 years ago and have maintained it and the spa ever since. We've been so happy with everything we just had them build another pool and install a new Bullfrog spa at our new home.
From design to fruition has been a fun and exciting experience. Professional installers, clean and courteous, kept us in touch and up to date through the whole process. Pool just got filled and it exceeds our expectations!
