Why waste money on prospects who are not even qualified to buy what you sell? Big data is here and the age of shotgun type mailings by zip code or city are pretty much dead for most (but not all) businesses. A zip code mailing is when you mail every address in a given zip code. This type of mailing is another form of a saturation mailing, but just on a larger scale. With saturation mailings typically you chose specific carrier routes to mail and with zip code mailings you mail every route in a zip code.
