We just moved here. My wife has sensitivities to perfumed cleaners and this cleaner uses no perfumed additives. They are educated to know the difference between laundering and pressing and dry cleaning and which is which and when to do it appreciate that thank you guys and gal's great job.

There was not an option for a zero star rating. Recently moved to Arizona and live in the Florence area. Called before sruving 45 minutes to this location to confirm they could dry clean my blazer/jacket and also had a sleeve that needed mending.
Took the jacket in last Thursday. Very clear conversation about the date I needed this jacket for, both dry cleaned and repaired. I was told jacket would be ready on Monday. Drove 45 minutes today to pick up the jacket and found my garment had been refused. No email. No phone call. Needless to say, I was upset, but then asked how much I owed for the dry

You guys worked a miracle as far as I'm concerned! Just a few days before flying out of state to my son's wedding, I decided to steam my new mother-of-the-groom dress to get the wrinkles out. The wrinkles were gone, but there were spots and smudges all over the tulle outer layer! I was so afraid I'd ruined my dress, but I decided to see if your cleaners could at least make the marks less noticeable. Less than 24 hours later, the dress was ready. Sent a dress in for alterations. They did not contact me prior to pick up date that they could not fullfill my order or do my alterations. The guy who answered seemed like he just woke up and didn't have a clue what was going on. Customer service is not the greatest here. Couldn't explain why I didn't get a call. They blamed it all on the tailor. Hopefully they can get staff in there one day that genuinely care about their customers.

How to launder articles under my name are instructions. Even so, I'm routinely asked, "would you like heavy starch on your jeans and how do you want them pressed"? Turns out, when I picked up my articles of clothing were not pressed in accordance with instructions provided in their system.

I like having the option of pickup and delivery or store drop off. The first is convenient and takes 4 days and the other is next day service. Very good quality work but not the cheapest option. If anything is unacceptable, they have great customer service.

They cleaned my order, but every single item (2 suits and 1 blazer which they consider a 5 piece order) was wrinkled.
I had an important event that I needed one of the suits for, and they did not offer to expedite the service or anything. They did offer to re-press my order, but they couldn't offer me same day service, which is what I needed.
Who takes their clothes to a dry cleaner and expects them to be wrinkled when they are returned? Especially a suit?! It's a no for me and I will not be returning.
