If I could give this more star ratings, I would! We ordered plantation shutters from West Coast Shutters. At the time, they were running about 12 weeks until install. We wanted them, so thought it was something to look forward to. We left for vacation to Massachusetts at the end of October. I got a call to have the install done a couple of days after arriving in Massachusetts. I asked our neighbor to let them in to do the install. They only took about an hour to complete the job. I got a text from our neighbor who said they were beautiful, but didn't send a picture! When I asked her why, she said

From the first moment we dealt with West Coast Shutters until the day they were installed, we have had nothing but outstanding results!
The product is solid, attractive and very functional, the customer service was always pleasant & went above & beyond. The installers were amazing as well; they were prompt, very neat, professional and friendly!
We have already been recommending them to some neighbors and will continue to do so. All in all, we could not be happier with this fine company!

West Coast Shutters is an exceptional Company, their workmanship is equally amazing.
Days after Lisa came, I decided to put a larger window in and she was more than accommodating, especially since she would have to come back out to remeasure.

Lisa and her entire crew are extremely accommodating and a joy to work with. They had originally installed the plantation shutters in my home years before I purchased the place and have been out to make repairs and replace parts on several occasions (we have two energetic Bull Terriers who love playing indoor tennis). What's great about West Coast is not just that they can effectuate on site repairs (thank you Kevin!) but also that they have the factory where all parts for your particular project can be built. My wife and I bought a home that has West Coast Shutters. One panel of a large set needed repair. I brought it in and they fixed it, no charge! Gave me all the replacement hardware needed and the shutter is back on.
I got a socially distance tour of the factory. These guys are craftsman. If your not buying these solid polar plantation shutters from West Coast then you are missing fine quality.
Office staff are terrific.

West Coast Shutters came highly recommended by relatives and did not disappoint! ( The photos probably do not do justice to the great product they provide!). From scheduling an in-home visit to installation everything was a breeze. Office communications were prompt, friendly and via email or phone or whatever your communication preference is. Installers were wonderful and even concerned about our pets not getting out while they were busy moving in and out. Everything went as scheduled or better! Follow up instructions were provided.
