Standard channel Letters (or front-lit channel letters) are individual letters with aluminum sides & backing, and colored acrylic faces. These emit light through the front of the letters at night to provide a 24 hour advertising for your business. These signs can either use neons or LEDs for illumination.
Illuminated Cabinet Signs are plastic or metal boxes, in any custom shape or size, that use fluorescent lighting to provide an illuminated light box, with an acrylic or polycarbonate face. The faces are mounted with either full-color digital prints or individual vinyl film lettering & graphics. At an additional charge, these cabinet signs can also be designed to provide a halo effect.
Pylon signs are freestanding signs that give your customers advance notice of your location, and increase your company's exposure. These signs (also known as pole signs) consist of a freestanding pole, with or without decorative bases, with a illuminated cabinet on top, with an acrylic or polycarbonate face.
Monument signs are plastic, metal or completely customized structures that help your customers find your business. Monument signs increase your businesses exposure to the public. These signs can be customed to any shape or size, and the option of illumination or even programmable LED message boards.

We had dozens of signs, and our order was for sure complicated, and required more instruction than usual, and then one case revision because of city inspector instructions. I hate to write negative Yelp reviews, especially for a family-owned small business, but perhaps another negative review will help them react and change their ways for future clients. A few years ago I hired them for a very basic sign for my building in Glendale. I was satisfied with the project so when I moved to another building in Burbank and needed a much larger and more elaborate sign, I called them within a few weeks of moving.

We are a company that strives on customer service. Which all companies should be!! So we tried to order custom license plates which we were recommended to use this company. It took 4 days to respond to the first email we sent. That was after I called again to ask why no one will respond.
We thought it would be processed and move along to production by the email. We sent art work another week passed with no communication. So i think it's best to not use a company that will not respond to customers by email or phone.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Sam and his staff's customer service. We had inquired on a banner that was supposed to get designed and printed for our wedding. With the lack of follow ups in responding to our inquiry, we decided to move onto Print E Fex in Glendale where they did a great job at a lower cost. I'd suggest improving service aspects in your facility with a better organization process.

Highly recommended!! Awesome service, great prices, and the work is amazing! They helped me with my designs for my sign, my windows, and we're very patient with me throughout the whole process. Installation of everything was fast and perfect! There's no way I will go anywhere else for any signage needs! Thanks guys!

So I just opened a new dental office, Blue Pearl Dentistry and aa1 printing went above and beyond my expectations. Sam, helped me with designing flyers, banners, over the suite sign and my giant light up sign on the top of my building. I was worried about how it would turn out because you don't get to see stuff like this until it goes up. He made me feel comfortable and confident and the final result was just as he said, awesome.
This place can do just about anything you want and sam's expertise

I would never use them for anymore neon letter repairs. I needed a letter "J" remade, I took them the old letter so they can use it as a guide. When I whet to pick up the letter they have made it was an 'L" and not a "J". I asked them to make it again and they tried to tell me that I asked for an 'L" and not the "J". After convincing them that they have made the wrong letter they agreed to make me a new one. I went to pick up the new letter and they had made it half the size of the original letter provided to them the first time. So I asked

The signs and banners that he gave me surpassed my expectations because of their keen eye for detail and experience.
