Spoke with Rick the other day on behalf of one of my own notary clients who needed a notarization to take place inside the Martinez Detention Center. Rick is one of the approved notaries who can make this happen and has a very fair and reasonable fee of $35. He was very nice on the phone and explained to me the information he would need from my client. I felt very comfortable referring her to him.
