Wellness Pharmacy has been a family run business since 1922, the year Bob Harbin founded Harbin Drugs. We've dedicated our practice to compounding since 1964-which means, of course, that Wellness has now offered quality compounding for over 50 years. Rod Harbin, Sr. joined the company in 1971, shortly after his graduation from Auburn University.
It's a reputation Wellness has earned among physicians and patients nationwide. It is the reason we are one of the very few compounding pharmacies anywhere who regularly sends representative samples for testing at independent laboratories, and it is why Wellness Pharmacy has been cited as a source in more medical resources than any compounding pharmacy in our profession.
Quality control is job number one at Wellness Pharmacy-starting with a state-of-the-art laboratory utilizing Class 100 laminar hoods in certified ISO 8 clean rooms. Ingredients are shipped to our facility with Certificates of Analysis verifying product integrity. At the time of prescription preparation, the ingredients' lot numbers and expiration dates are recorded.

Previous post: Don’t use this pharmacy! The staff is rude and not helpful. I have tried over the years to give them them the benefit of the doubt because people have bad days but after today, I’m done. It must be a cultural issue.

The pharmacist is extremely rude and helping patients is not their top priority. I got 3 prescriptions filled here in total before I had to leave completely. One of my prescriptions expired (not that I’d used all the refills up—I’d actually never gotten it refilled.) and I called in around 12:30pm to ask if it could be compounded the same day as it was an emergency and was told yes. Unfortunately, my doctor didn’t call it in until 2:30pm. I called to ask if it could be compounded the same day still and instead of just saying no, the pharmacist demanded that no one there would ever have

Very fair pricing, and extremely friendly staff. I have an Rx shipped to me from them that must stay refrigerated. Every time I receive my Rx via FedEx from them it is still as cold as if it just came out of a refrigerator. The attention and care they take in packaging orders that they ship is literally second to none!

A real pharmacy has not only allopathic medicine, but compounding medicines that are essential to the body. Wellness carries many varied alternative supplements from professional companies, and the staff are ready to help you and explain anything you need to know about any of them!!!
