My boyfriend and I rented from Michael and Tricia Allen from April 2019 until April 2020. In that time we had multiple issues left unresolved by them including but not limited to: bug infestation, broken windows that could not open, water-pipe leakage through the floor, hot water heater problems, broken screens, and finally unstable steps to our front door that don't even meet standard building codes and caused injuries. Our complaints were always met with excuses, and we took it upon ourselves to handle what issues we could. Overall, I would not recommend them. They are dishonest and quite frankly

We bought a house and sold a house using Michael as our agent. He understood our wants and budget very well and was able to find us and help us obtain our dream home in a tough market. He is caring, honest, and quick to respond. He knows about houses, wells, septic, construction, repairs, and the market very, very well and was able to give us suggestions and recommendations about various questions we had throughout both processes. From experience, I know not all realtors are able to do all of that and so his knowledge in these areas was greatly appreciated. He also made the selling process very

DO NOT RENT!! Mike and Tricia are super unproffessional and they are very greedy. Address multiple issues with the place while we were there and they didn't fix any of it. Pure laziness and disregard for the people living there. the grass grew up to my hip because Mike is too lazy. Also Mike is very rude and actually emailed me after I left with obscenities and rude comments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE!
