Injury prevention programs aim to help athletes and active individuals develop good work habits that will allow them to maintain a healthy balance between sports and their personal lives. This is especially beneficial for young athletes who can pick up these valuable skills early on and continue to apply them throughout their athletic career.
Competitive athletes of all ages and active individuals can improve speed, strength, conditioning and sport-specific skills by participating in one of our Sports' skill development programs. While acute injuries may have an obvious cause (eg slip or twist at take off) it is accumulative injuries that appear for no apparent cause that require a professional assessment of your body's biomechanics and technique.
Physical therapy is one of the best options for a patient to manage chronic pain. Physical therapy can make a real and tangible difference in chronic pain from neuropathic, muscular, and skeletal issues. It is an effective pain management tool for osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and chronic headaches.
Sports medicine is a branch of medicine that deals specifically with physical fitness and the treatment and prevention of injuries resulting from athletic or daily activities. It's not just for competitive athletes! Sports Medicine is ideal for anyone who wishes to become active or begin an exercise program, or for the "weekend warriors" who experience the occasional injury.
The goal of Corrective Exercise is to identify both posture and movement imbalances and joint limitations and develop a program to correct them. The focus is on movements designed to create balance, stability and mobility in areas that are not functioning properly. The end result is that you feel better, move better and do what you love to do better!

I tried two other Physical Therapist here in the desert valley and they were ok, until I went to Frank and he took physical therapy to a whole never level. Frank is in a class all by himself! I had sciatica and a lateral & medial meniscus tears in my right knee. He took care of all of my issues and I am now back to playing pickleball at a competitive level. He charges a little $, because he does more and he is absolutely worth every cent!
