I have use this service for plowing and they are absolutely horrible and every aspect and manner of the job. They ruin the fence on the property adjacent to mine they are very disrespectful individuals that work for them. And my neighbor was threatened by there workers that was the owners husband I was told. Not good at all

Contracted them to plow.
They never showed up, even 3 days after the storm.
Little to no communication, no way to speak to a human, they just reply sporadically through texting.
Not responsive on their social media channels either.
My house missed two days of work because we were unable to leave our un-plowed driveway.
