My husband and I have been with Christy for 17 years! She is great! She knows her taxes! Our kids and friends go to her too! She treats her clients like friends! She messed up my taxes last year, and discovered it this year. NOw I have two years of payments to make. When she did correct the mistake, she wasn't even going to explain what happened. I caught it and asked why it was different than last year. Also rude, short, and she didn't really let me see the return. She was scrolling through the screens so fast I couldn't keep up.

I have used Christy for over 5 years now. Her prices are fair, maybe a bit higher than the chain tax places, but she is well worth it. We have her support year round with any tax related question that pops up, she gets me back every single penny I have coming to me and I wouldn't go anywhere but Landmark. P.S. there's always a bowl of candy on the front counter, that never hurts either.

Has done my returns flawlessly for the past 4 years with great customer service. Not only is this company competent with taxes and investments, they actually go above that to provide excellent service to me. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants to get their taxes done or money invested, but only if they want great customer service and a company who actually cares and helps their clients.
P.S. To the lady who gave it two stars because the routing number was wrong. Yessss the government NEVER screws anything up, nope they're top notch over there. A smooth running, money saving, efficient
