In 2005, Shannon Riley and Cindy Sauers created Shoefly and Sox so they could bring their children to work with them. With a family loan, a truckload of donated and recycled objects to use for decor, and a whole bunch of elbow grease, their now-thriving business was born. Shoefly and Sox is a proud recipient of the Main Street Program's Business of the Year award.

Shoefly and Sox t-shirts are cut especially for women with a flattering scoop neck, slightly fitted waist, and extra long length. They are made from super-soft 100% combed cotton and wash up beautifully with minimal shrinkage. They do, however, run small, so please order one size larger than you usually wear.

I have been coming here for years. For me the small business is all about the employees. Pam has been the most helpful at finding what I need. She remembers what I like and is never pushy, also I am always greeted with a smile. Thank you Pam for being so gracious at letting me try on many pairs of shoes!

I had a great local shopping experience here. I stopped in to browse before work and found several pairs of shoes I liked. The salesperson offered to hold the pair I wanted to think about until the end of the day. I returned and purchased them!
Also she carries really cute gift items, accessories, and some home goods. Such a friendly atmosphere and a lovely store.

I love Shoefly, I almost exclusively buy my shoes there. I was just looking up some places to stay this evening for a trip, we may be going on and thought, I would check the Ukiah area, I was shocked to find the negative reviews on Shoefly. The gals that work there are wonderful, helpful and considerate. I honestly in the 10 years, I have been shopping there the gals have always been consistent.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon during Labor Day weekend to shop with my mom only to be followed around by the sales person the whole time. We were the only two people in the entire store when the entire downtown was shut down. Instead of feeling welcome, she made us feel like potential thieves. Terrible customer service, do not come here!!!!!

The customer service is terrible. I got the feeling that the woman didn't want to sell me shoes at all. When I gave her the description of what I was looking for, she showed me one pair of shoes that "might" work and then followed with "we don't have much". As I looked around I saw several pairs that, to me, looked appropriate for a semiformal wedding guest to wear with a solid colored dress.
She never offered to look for my size, and when I asked for my size in a pair that I liked she was out. I understand a store can be out of sizes but, no offer to order
