Very friendly and great staff. As far as the room, it could have been better. However the location was amazing. It was literally so close to almost EVERYTHING we did in Colorado Springs. The beds could be better and the water pressure was terrible. We didn't spend much time there except sleeping so we didn't mind. Definitely recommend if you dont mind the bed and water issues.

Located in an area called "hotel row", you might feel a little "ify" as you drive to destination. I did. However, once I pulled in, I thought okay! Pictures are exactly as property shows. Owners provide an unbelievably awesome feeling of "we care about your stay with us". I didn't use pool/hot tub, but watched children enjoy! Pool exceptionally clean. Kid friendly if you have day agenda or plan to stay poolside.. My room--King with fridge and microwave #116 awesome mattress! Lol! Room was no frills, but so is my home! Close to local grocery, restaurants, tourist "must see", and off the beaten path

Liz and Gary are wonderful proprietors who care about the service they offer! Room was impeccably clean, comfy bed, pool so clean that the water sparkled! I am a female traveling on her own and I felt completely safe here and slept like a baby. The rates are good as well. I'm already planning my next stay!
