Services
From the dog days of summer to winter's chill, our primary goal at Comfort Crew is to keep your home comfortable for you and your family. But, that's just the beginning. We also offer you peace of mind, ensuring your equipment operates safely. We help you save money on your fuel bills. And, we improve air quality for people with allergies allergies and others concerned with the quality of the air they breathe.
You can get service when you need it because of our focus on service instead of the easier new construction. In order to make certain that we have technicians available to meet your service needs when you need them, Comfort Crew focuses on repair services and replacing equipment that breaks down rather than spreading itself too thin and getting involved in new construction.
Study up - Find out about license and insurance requirements for contractors in your state. And before you call a contractor, know the model of your current system and its maintenance history. Also, make note of any uncomfortable rooms. This will help potential contractors better understand your heating needs.
Most air conditioners have their capacity rated in BTUs, or British Thermal Units. A BTU is, generally, the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of water one degree F. Specifically, a BTU is 1,055 joules, but the first definition is easier to understand in real-life terms. One "ton", in heating and cooling terms, is 12,000 BTUs.
Maintain your equipment to prevent future problems and unwanted costs. Keep your cooling and heating system at peak performance by having a contractor do annual pre-season check-ups. Contractors get busy once summer and winter come, so it's best to check the cooling system in the spring and the heating system in the fall.

We were traveling and got on our nest app to make sure our house would be a good temperature when we arrived home and realized our house was 85 degrees. I was able to call Comfort Crew and schedule an appointment for the next day, but then they said if they had any extra time they would stop by and see what was going on. They had extra time, stopped over and had the piece fixed in minutes and it was up and running again! I will definitely be using them again in the future if needed.

They were absolutely AMAZING! So fast and so responsive to any questions we had. The AC unit they ordered for us ended up being out of stock, so they gave us the next grade model up at no extra charge. We also got estimates from four other companies, and they were by far the most reasonable. Plus they were super fast and did fantastic work. They even came and started a day earlier that they thought they would. Toni and Steve are wonderful. (They also worked on our AC a couple summers ago when our foster puppies chewed through some wires. They fixed it the initial visit and charged us, but when

I received great service. I was initially charged $75 for a service call in which they fixed my AC. Then something else went out that was completely unrelated to the first thing. Since it was within a month of the first issue, Comfort Crew came out a second time and fixed things again for free. They even took care of the warranty for me on the part that went bad.

Honest and caring business that does what they say they will do when they say. We got fast service on AC even when it was hot and everyone was booked solid. They have since replaced our 30 year old heater and 15 year old AC. Gave us an estimate for the job and that was the final price they charged. Very pleased with the service we have received from them.
