The mission of the Bay Building Industries Association, a professional trade organization composed of licensed contractors, subcontractors and related businesses and affiliated with the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), is to serve its members by striving for a successful building environment throughout the county.
The programs and services provided to association members enhance their professionalism and encourage their involvement in community leadership to better the quality of life for all Bay County citizens. The association is dedicated to promoting improved building trade practices and participating in local construction-related planning and management, thereby providing safe, affordable housing.

Services
We hold a yearly Golf Tournament in the fall. The last tournament was quite successful and we're looking forward to another fun year with our members and friends! Hope to see you on the course! The Parade of Homes serves as the leading resource for consumers shopping for a new home or Professional Builder for their unique project.

The BBIA snapped into action after Hurricane Michael hit the Bay County area destroying Mexico Beach. They helped coordinate rescue and rebuilding efforts from day one. Executive Director Gloria Fennie has earned quite a reputation for organizing, pulling builders, repair services and even helping to find food service people to feed the workers coming into the area to restore Bay County.
