Founded by Charlie and Mary Weaver, the store has been family owned and operated from the start.

They have great pricing for rentals but their customer service is horrendous. I'd rather pay more and go somewhere where the people greet you with a smile and a hello, not a sullen glare like you're a huge inconvenience. I don't know the guys name who handles the rentals but there has to be a tool there that will remove the stick from his hind quarters.

Went to rent an extension ladder. Outside load person was of no help, but rather ridiculed me. Refused to help me load the ladder inside or on top of the car, rather told me to 1) get a new vehicle; and 2) get a life. After telling me how incompetent I was, and leaving me in tears, I got a refund and left. Used Weavers for over 20 years, multiple times each year. I will NEVER go back and will suggest to all friends and family that they not frequent a place that verbally attacks customers.
