Canceled our auto Insurance apparently over a $45 "fee" unrelated to the insurance policy (which was set up on auto pay.) No notice was given to us, but we were reported to the State. I would highly recommend, not using their services.

I went there to meet an insurance agent. The place requires check in up front and visitors mask. Plenty of parking and very organized.

Had a homeowners claim with FFB that ended up dragging on endlessly. Made a structural claim after an accident damaged part of the house. The claim was given to an adjuster who was extremely unresponsive. It took almost 4 months for him to write a denial (had to escalate it to his Manager multiple times as he never returned calls). On the rare occasion he did return calls, he would just usher me off of them as soon as he could siting "any questions can be answered in our denial letter" which he said they would be sending from the very first phone call I had with him, before even seeing any evidence

Just spoke with Stacy on the phone and I wasn't impressed. I had general questions that she refused to answer and she was honestly rude about it. She kept skating around them and answer my questions with her own questions.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. My family has been with Farm Bureau for years but that will soon change. They have demonstrated blatant disregard for the coronavirus pandemic and its impacts on FB customers. I called multiple times over the past few months and have received a single call back about my issue, which was promptly shrugged off. Especially because the price of membership and high cost of insurance relative to other companies—you all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Sean McNeill, Rachel Breeden, and Toni Soto are disrespectful, unhelpful and I would strongly recommend you use ANYONE else. I was with them for years and they managed to cancel my insurance without telling me, you know how I found out? The State of Florida sent me a really polite letter, more polite than anything FFB has ever sent. And then when I called FFB to figure out what happened they continued to be incompetent and surly. I don't know how this many people who work in a customer service field can have zero people skills between them.

This highly unorganized company at multiple levels of authority has been a huge disappointment. Never have I ever been given the run around more than this company has. This company uses systems and technology that many other company's have abandoned in the late 90's making them highly unorganized and not capable of regular and or timely communication between employees and offices. I wouldn't recommend them to even Fred Flintstone himself.

My policy was canceled. I missed two payments after two years of timely payments due to incredible personal circumstances. I did not get a phone call to warn me that my policy would be canceled. I certainly did not get a call informing me that once cancelled, my policy would then be unreinstatable. In fact, i didn't even get an email or a letter to warn me. When I tried to reach out and pay my late bill I spoke to Rachel who assured me she would try to have the underwriter reinstate my policy, and even if he couldn't, she would call me back and let me know.. She didn't. I then called several agents

I had a terrible time dealing with Rachel Breeden and Sean McNeill. They would not answer their phones or call me back and when I could not get ahold of them my insurance lapsed. They reassured me it would be reinstated at the original rate and it was increased due to their error. They set me up with insurance with Progressive for the weekend so I would be covered. That weekend turned into 2 weeks of me paying a %60 inflated rate. There is no possible way that was the best rate I could have gotten at the time. If for some reason you decide to work with Florida Farm Bureau make sure you are not
