After two sets of prescription swim goggles (1st set - side piece was defective and the goggles wouldn't stay on, 2nd replacement - side piece again defective and lens popped out...this was within 1 hour of receiving the "new" pair), we've given up. I've asked for assistance from LS, asked for a refund, no dice. I've left messages, been given the runaround. Tried the email route...they stop responding to you after the first 2-3 emails. It's a $225 mistake. STAY AWAY from this company.
