We couldn't be happier about our decision of selecting James to be our realtor. As first time home buyers, he was always there to answer absolutely any questions that we had at any time of the day. He would point out things about each house that we never would've noticed otherwise. He truly had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process.

James helped me buy my first home and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was living in San Diego while I was looking to purchase a home in Ohio to get closer to my family. James was gracious enough to work with my parents who were living in the state to schedule visits to houses while I FaceTimed in. In addition, he was extremely responsive and on top of all communication to me, my parents, the title company and my lender.
One of those things that I appreciated the most was when my step dad called me to say that James had pointed out all of the issues wrong with the house before

James is the worst real estate agent I have ever had to deal with. I am an Insurance professional who has moved cities several times in my career and no one has created more headaches for my agent or my family. James was a selling agent for a client that purchased our property. He was the most unprofessional, unresponsive and worst real estate professional with which I have interacted. The couple that bought our home was lovely. Let me say that- wish the best to them and their young family.
