Adam D. Roark is a graduate of Davidson College and the Wake Forest University School of Law. In addition, he holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, the number two ranked tax program in the country. In 2014, Adam was named one of the top Forty Under Forty business leaders in the Gainesville area by Business in the Heart of Florida Magazine.
Attorney Adam D. Roark began the Roark Law Firm with the belief that clients should be able to receive all-inclusive legal counsel quickly and efficiently. I recently met with Adam to put together legal documents for me concerning a trust, a will, a living will and power-of-attorney. I first met with Adam to discuss my desires for each of the above and he patiently led me through considerations of each. The legal issues surrounding each are most complicated and he succinctly guided me through the hurdles of each.
