I called this pharmacy to get a prescription faxed to Walmart and they never received it! The pharmacy employee name JARED did a very poor job! I needed that medicine for my minor surgery and he didn't care if I received it or not; evedently! He needs to be disciplined for having my situation prolonged because of his lack of experience! Also, each call I make to this pharmacy; no answer! The (2) ladies up front aren't knowledgeable on anything! Need to look over your customer satisfaction policy!

They called the day before and said my script would be ready at 9:30 the next day so I showed up at 11:30 just to be safe because I had to drive a long way an it's not ready ,the girl said they had put script in the wrong bin so it wasn't filled yet for me to come back tomorrow, I told her it is a long trip an she said she could deliver it if it is local so I told her where I live and she said oh that's to far. I told her to fill it now because it's her mistake not mine she wanted to give me the run-around but I said fill it. Not very professional to give a time when ready then say oh they forgot
