Tomas arrived quickly and was able to pressure test and find a mysterious coolant leak. He cleaned up the area when finished. Side note: very clean and well kept work truck. I am lucky my company uses Diamond for road service and they are lucky to have a employee like Tomas.

I want to thank Tomas for his professionalism and quick response to get me back on the road. Tomas arrived an hour earlier than projected eta time and when he arrived he greeted me warmly and he had a sense of urgency to get me fixed. He repaired issue and tested it b4 giving me ok to go back on road with my trailer that broke down. I appreciate him and his knowledge on my repair. JOB WELL DONE TOMAS!! 👍🏾

Long story short! I flew from NJ to MN to purchase my lovely T680. Everything on it was in tack and no leakage. As I was driving through IL, once I stopped for the day, I noticed a leak. I couldn't spot where it was coming from, but I know it was related to the power steering reservoir as it was completely empty. My world came down, I searched on Google what it could be i got too much information I'll say. The next day I called Diamond on a SUNDAY. They deployed one of the mechanic over, and when he checked it out, he quickly spotted the issue. The mechanic replaced my reservoir and hoses with

I had a very good experience today, with this truck service, Thomas was very professional, courteous, friendly and went above and beyond. The quick response was great! I thought I would be waiting hours, but Thomas was there in a hour and had me on my way in a 1/2. Very impressed. Most times us truck driver deal with mechanics it’s usually a bad experience. I appreciate the professionalism and the friendliness. I will refer Diamond to all my fellow drivers. Thanks
