It was the worst experience ever. Never showed up on time. Marcus was the project manager. He installed a hot water heater all wrong. Everything Marcus did was done wrong. I had to hire another plumbing company to come in and fix all of their plumbing work. I also had to hire someone else to come in and do repairs on the master bathroom. The inspector that came in to look at their work told me they depreciated the value of my home because everything was done wrong. It flunked inspection. They should have given me my money back instead they wanted more for wrecking my home. I am still fixing their

Coming home to a ruptured water heater can be a tragic and devastating experience. My home, my dream was virtually in ruins. Thanks to the fast response by United Water restoration our devastation was stopped dead in in it's tracks and quickly dried up. At this point our technician referred us to Hilex Construction. Our savior, Alan, quickly contacted us and set up an appointment to come out and survey our damage and get our repairs underway.
