I cannot say enough great things about this company and the team of people that handled our very difficult project. Because the property was occupied by a female tenant who would soon give birth, there was no time to waste and JJ&S jumped in immediately with no delays. I highly recommend JJ&S! I live 50 miles from my Mom's house, which needed asbestos removal. I spoke with Alfredo, and he coordinated with the other mold and testing companies involved, to get the job done right, and in a timely manner. Alfredo was very good at giving updates, and responsing to my texts and phone calls, which made the whole process easy. JJ&S was cost competitive and left a clean job site. I cannot say enough about Alfredo and the team at JJ&S.

Amazing service experience from start to finish. Evelyn and Joe answered all my beginner level questions, and were very helpful and transparent throughout the entire process. The crew that came out were courteous and went above and beyond to help with asbestos removal from a kitchen tile install from 1978. The floor looks great and all is good for new flooring!

Strong COVID-compliant practices that even extended to sending them photos and dimensions of the area in my stepmom's condo that needed asbestos removal in order to get an estimate. This was critical for us given that we live almost 100 miles from her place.
They stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process, sending us photos and updating us on the scope of the work. They did a superb job and left her condo spotless. Impressive!

As a restoration contractor we constantly needing asbestos abatement services. We were referred out to JJ &S
approximately 5 years ago. Since then we have used them on well over a hundred jobs. They are great people performing amazing work. They are on time, their rates are reasonable, they understand our need for fast service. When I called JJ&S they answered right away and immediately gave me Joe's personal number. Joe was very responsive and was able to ease my concerns. Our Encinitas home is in escrow and we needed quick removal of a 12 foot length of asbestos-containing transite pipe from our attic. (The pipe was already detached from the furnace.) We called and immediately got a very competitive quote. Joe got a crew on site first thing the next morning, and they finished within a half hour. The crew was very professional and answered all our questions; the attic was spotless after the removal. Five star service!

Joe S and his crew at JJ&S were nothing short of fantastic. We had a leak that required remediation as well as asbestos abatement.
Joe was super responsive, went out of his way to answer all of our questions, and even came in on a Saturday to personally set a dehumidifier that the crew from the emergency dry-out company failed to set when they said they would.
Additionally, the crew was friendly, kept everything clean and safe from demo all the way through clearance. While I hope we never have to use JJ&S again, I would in a second and would recommend them to anyone who needs remediation

This team is superior, above and beyond. I recently had some house damage that required significant stucco removal. Due to the short timeline, Joe and his assigned crew, Eddie and Victor, worked Thursday through Sunday to complete the project. Joe came out within two hours of being notified to provide a quote and schedule the work. 24 hours later, Eddie and Victor, 'The Brothers' spent the next 18 hours working on my house. Great job. Was hard to find a company that did this type of work. Yani was recommended to me by a bathroom contractor. Over the phone, Yani explained clearly how they would remove the mold and asbestos problem I was having.
I told Yani that time was of the essence as the mold was causing me some health symptoms. Yani worked hard to start and finish the project as soon as possible which I appreciated.
Also, Yani worked hard to keep the costs down. He could have knocked out an additional wall adjoining to my other background, but he said he would see if he could remove the mold without doing

Certifed Restoration has been doing water damgage for over 20 years. From time to time we need an abatement company. We have used several but, JJ&S is by far the best! They are great communicators when it comes to the job process, take extra precaution with floor protection for the home and have reasonable pricing.
