The owner of DCG found himself in London visiting family and had to remodel a kitchen and a bathroom for one of the family flats. DCG went International and got the job done! First pictures are the completed remodel and pictures to follow are before the remodel. DCG came in and gave this kitchen a total new look just by changing everything out "like-for-like" Our client Susan was ecstatic!
I used Dynamic Construction Group for two projects (master bathroom total redo and family room redo). I could not be happier. The crew is top notch. The quality of the work is unparalleled. As a tile subcontractor I've worked with Tracey, Alex, and the rest of the crew at Dynamic Construction on numerous jobs. They are really easy to work with. The importance of communication and clarity resonates through the company. Those are important characteristics in construction where things can change on a dime, or when you need to make an important decision on the field.

I wish I could give out 10 stars! Tracey Greenwell and his crew are fantastic. They remodeled my bathrooms for ADA accessibility and have done a lot of other work in my old house. I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of their work. These guys are talented and reasonably priced. They are great with the city permit process as well.

Tracy's team did great work on our remodel. We had a huge job (replace all pipes, gut two bathrooms and a kitchen, foundation work, patio/drainage work, etc.). We've been living in the house since March and we love it, especially the walk in shower in the master bedroom and the kitchen.
Tracy really works with you and your budget and he's a very honest guy. He'll often suggest ways for you to save money on the job without compromising on quality.

We bought a new home and shortly after, we found water leaking in on one of my windowsills in the living room during a rainstorm. I got 2 "experts" to evaluate the window and give estimates for getting rid of the leak. I just moved into my first home, and I am so grateful that I found Tracey Greenwell beforehand!
Mr. Greenwell and his team went above and beyond with painting my walls and refinishing my hardwood floors. In addition, he did a few extra things, like replacing my non-working doorbell with one that worked and only charged me for parts.
DCG were knowledgeable, professional, timely with work, and just all-around helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service, and I'll be contacting them again to help with other projects down the road.

I will post a follow up when the kitchen remodel is done, but so far Tracey and his crew has been more than helpful. We are first time home owners, and this is our first big remodeling project, but Tracey and his crew were patient to answer each and every question we had, and is willing to address our concerns. His crew was also very friendly to explain things as they did, and they definitely tried to accommodate with us in scheduling to fit our timing, and keeping things clean, especially since we have a baby on the way. I had some electrical and cosmetic upgrades to a Craftsman house. Tracey quickly assessed the issues and brought his guys out within a day or two to make the repairs. Everything went very well - and the communication - which can be half the battle between contractors and non-technical folks like me - was easy and clear.
DCG will be my first call for an upcoming remodel and any home issues that need attention.

Finding an honest general contractor who does good work is becoming a rare combination. Luckily for those of us in the Bay Area we have DCG. Tracey Greenwell and his team at DCG have done several jobs for me and my Dad including building a Media room, kitchen remodel, hardwood floor installation and many other fixes here and there. In every job Mr. Greenwell made customer satisfaction his top priority and he completed the job with high quality and a smile. He's certainly my go-to general contractor.
