Even though I didn't go with Pool Logic in Ontario location to build our pool but I had to leave a review base on my experience with their sale team. I found Pool Logic on Instagram and loved all their unique modern designs.
I called in late October to set up an appointment to get my pool done in Riverside area. Their team responded quickly. Mark came to get the measurements and quickly get the design done. I was really impressed with their pictures online. First appointment went great and we decided to go with them, but then it went downhill from there. Lack of follow up and follow through was very frustrating and unprofessional. It is as if they don’t care to gain more projects. I was patient and tried to make it work, but then I came to my senses and thought enough was enough. I am glad I saw it early on before starting the project with them and it being a frustrating journey when it should be an exciting one.
