Twice, they said that insurance would cover, but we got charged in full (160 for a cleaning).
They refunded the value because it was their mistake. However, they charged us back the value last week. Confusing. I am not used to see administrative struggles like this (not in USA at least, mostly in third world countries). A little unprofessional.
Lets see what happen next
The place is clean and the people is nice and the dentist seems to be better than the average.

Dr. Jensen has been my dentist for almost twenty years. I've had crowns, root canals, extractions, chip repair and fillings without a single negative outcome. He's generally taken the more cautious, least invasive and lowest cost approach. He's babied me with nitrous oxide, excused an uninsured charge and come in after hours for an emergency. He's trained his staff expertly and partnered with similarly minded, skillful hygienists.

My whole family have been going to Alpine Dentistry for 10+ years. We have always seen Jan and have loved her as our hygienist. Over the years she has been great in working with my 2 boys, from when they were tiny and couldn’t open wide enough for X-rays to now when they are older and argue about who is going first. Jan has always been great to work with and is fantastic, we absolutely love seeing her. We have also only seen Dr. Jensen all of these years as well and he has been a great dentist. He is so honest and does a great job. So, when I called to reschedule our cleanings I was shocked and
