GREAT Herb shop, well supplied with knowledgeable staff and volunteers. Best inventory of dried herbs in one place in the valley. Make your own or, they have an abundant supply of tinctures, specific herbal mixtures for teas, creams, salves and some cute gifts for your home diy herbalist or cosmetic product maker. They also have classes on how to make your own creams, tinctures, etc. I go here sometimes just to be in the peace of this place.

In July I was in a life changing accident as I rolled 4 times across the 10 when someone on their phone came into my lane. I was in the hospital for a couple months while they were putting me back together and ever since getting out my days are filled with appointments, checkups, follow ups, PT, etc.

A small hidden gem nestled in the streets of Downtown Historic Mesa. The atmosphere is so neutral but inviting. Besides herbs, incense, and essential oils they also sell salves, tea, soaps, candles, and even a modest display of pendulums. A small quaint herb focused metaphysical shop if you will. They also host seminars and events ever so often. I just love coming here.

I haven't been to a herb shop that's so put together and organized! If your looking for a unheard of herb then chances are high that SW has it! Any herb you can think of there's a 90% chance you will find them here. I'm so spoiled by SW it's hard for me to go anywhere else. The prices are amazing and the quality is stellar. Stopped by SW Herb about 3 months ago to pick up some items to make a fresh batch of tincture. This was my first time in here and man was I blown away by the variety and stock they had in the bulk room.
They have classes if you want to learn how to make your own tinctures. Reasonable prices, great customer service. I will be back when I need to restock!

The shop is amazing. There's a calming, soothing energy inside. The shop owner is an amazing woman that was happy to sit and talk to me. She showed me around the shop and explained everything they offer. My only complaint is that I didn't go sooner, I will definitely be going back, and thank you for all the help and information.

Wow! Amazing amazing place! Kathy the owner gave me a tour.... and it was so impressive! She has her own herb farm and makes her own tinctures, oils, herbs and teas! They have every herb and at a really good price. They have a kitchen, a place where they make everything and a big huge room in the back for classes and special ceremonies! Next time more pictures! I was in such ahhh I forgot!!!!

Delighted to find the place. The lady there was a master herbalist with very fine tuned knowledge and advice. I went in with a friend so I couldn't mine her wisdom or explore the place in the depth with which I prefer, but I'll be back. Picked up a couple of teas to try. Cant wait to see how they work!

I absolutely LOVE this place, its set up so cute, they have a HUGE variety of herbs and the best part: you get to bag everything yourself and weigh it, its so fun! I went in for the first time yesterday and I was in awe, they have everything, tea leaves, essential oil, candles, herbs of course, and they had tea brewed and there for you to try! I love this place and I will definitely be going back

This is the BEST place to get essential oils and tea. It's also the best place for educational events (Dr. Lodi of An Oasis of Healing, for example). The owner taught me how to help keep my breastmilk supply up, what to use to help my infant rest at night, what to give my two children to prevent illness, and which tea to choose for my overall well-being. I bought a cool, inexpensive, small woven basket too. I just love this place. I just recommended it to a friend who needs to remove a bad scent from her furniture!!!!!!!! I come here every time I'm in the area. GO!!!!

I don't know much about herbs and such. I do know that upon my first visit to Southwest Herb, I saw a real Witch inside!
Ok, it was the day before Halloween. But that doesn't mean she doesn't live there all the time.
What's nice about the store is that it has a very intimate sort of feel and the staff genuinely tries to create a personalized experience for you. Many similar stores seem to have trouble providing customer service to anyone other than their typical client.....You can easily feel like a Lumberjack walking into a lingerie store
