I started in the roofing trade as a young kid. As an apprentice, I worked summers with my dad soaking in all the traits needed to make a career out of roofing. I graduated from High School, and while attending college, I worked for numerous roofing companies in the Sacramento region. These companies taught me a lot.

While working for other roofing companies as a journeyman, I took on side-work knowing that one day I would start my own roofing business. I was guided my father, a master roofer who has worked in the roofing trade for the past 35+ years.

We had a known leak in our roof needing a permanent fix and gambled multiple years before addressing the temporary fix. We decided to hire Juan and Roof Improve after reading reviews like this one. We were not disappointed, so thank you fellow reviewers! Any review mentioning this company's professionalism, communication, and timeliness were fortified with our own experience.

I am leaving this soley based on other reviews and him living up to those reviews. I requested a quote thru Google reviews and he called me back right away and let me know that he wasnt doing roof installations and gave me a recommendation.

I have been a fan of Roof Improv since I bought my house back in 2018. Juan was the only roofer that was responsive to my request and I was blown away by his approach and professionalism. Juan is my go to for any and everything related to my roof. He is responsive, very professional and will explain what needs to be done and why. Reasonably priced and trustworthy. If he cant do the work, he will tell you and will refer people if he knows of anyone. Very nice young man. He inspected my roof, did repairs, and fixed areas of my roof that birds were getting in and nesting. He also goes above and beyond

When my roof leaked after a bad rain storm, I went to the BBB and searched for A+ roof repair and got a few quotes from companies, Juan, at Roof Improve, gave me the quote that was the most detailed and clear. He did a great job explaining all the issues and how he would fix it. I felt comfortable hiring him. I will be hanging on to his info for referrals or future issues.

They did a very nice job fixing my roof which had a leak and caused some water stains in the ceiling. Juan came out, got on the roof, took pictures of all the problem areas and sent an estimate. Once I had a chance to review and approve the repair we scheduled. During the repair they took pictures of them replacing the felt/ tar paper under the roof tiles and also checked the sheeting boards to make sure they didn't need to be replaced. Once the repair was completed the also took pictures of the repairs they did so we could see exactly what they did since I didn't want to climb on the

I feel very fortunate to have connected with Juan at Roof Improve! In early December, I was having a hard time finding a trustworthy company to make some repairs to my leaky tile roof and solve an issue I was having with a blocked dryer vent. I called a number of roofing companies with no success. Several times I simply never received a call back after leaving a message. I've named Juan my personal roofer. He has great customer service, is punctual, professional and does great work. He has completed a couple jobs for me (replaced some sheathing with dry rot, cleaned my roof of debris) and I have great confidence in him that if I need anything roof related he can take care of it! I found Juan through yelp searches and came across his business. He had good reviews and lots of photos from jobs which helped to see this process. My roof was actually fine and is rated for 40-50 concrete tile but I just wanted it look at and cleaned up as it had been many years since it had eyes look at it closely.
I have nothing but positives to share about him. Great communication, lots of pictures to see the before and after work. Pricing was reasonable per hour and the best part was communication via e-mail and through text, which, for busy people is essential

I needed a roofer and send out a few messages on yelp and roof improve responded in timely manner. On such short notice, Juan was able to come by the next morning and check out what needed to be done and within a few hours he send me the bid.
