We'll come to your house or work to perform our services when you are ready. We had a great experience. We ordered a rear windshield. The crew arrived on time but discovered we had accidentally told them the wrong year car. T was no big deal. They adjusted quickly.They were able to do all the prep work that day and return the next day to drop in the proper window. They were timely, courteous, understanding.

I was traveling through Phoenix and had to coordinate schedules, which was tricky, but they were great about it. I was able to get the Gorilla Glass windshield installed in my Jeep in less than 30 minutes. The installer arrived exactly when he said he would and did the job quickly and professionally, answering all my questions. I would not hesitate to recommend based on my experience.

These guys were able to call the insurance and get everything set up for my new windshield really quick. They came to my house and fixed it and were pretty fast and efficient. They even gave me money to use them! BONUS! Highly recommend them especially if you could use a little extra cash!

Tanner took my call and fixed a crack on my windshield in less than an hour! It was a pretty bad chip but he took his time and did a fantastic job! You can look and tell that all parts of the crack are filled and it shouldn't spread. The cost was 84 dollars LESS than the first quote I got. I know who to call when I need my window worked on! Very friendly and very professional . Thank you Tanner!

Tanner and his company offered top notch customer service from helping to start the claim (he got the agent on the phone for me) to when Carlos came to my home and had my new windshield installed in a short time. Auto Glass Medix is my new go to for windshield help!! I did research on shops around the valley and I’m really glad I chose AG Medix. The installation was not only super quick but they did an amazing job and everyone I talked to was very pleasant and personable. They also gave me the largest rebate I was able to find from calling multiple shops in the valley and as soon as they were done they just handed me a check. Overall great experience.

Tanner did a terrific job on the small crack in my windshield. I should mention he fixed this about 4 months ago and it is still holding strong. Tanner responded quickly to my query and was prompt, efficient and fast with the repair to my windshield. Love the fact that he is a local businessman/entrepreneur. I called Tanner to get my rock chip repaired because he was one of the only people I saw on yelp that had a five star review. Tanner was prompt and was willing to fit me into his schedule right away and met me at my convenience. He was quick to get the job done but very thorough in making sure that he sealed everything properly. I can hardly even see the chip at this point! I will definitely be using him for future rock chip repair and glass replacement.
