Mr. Halpern, the founder and sole representative of BHAM, entered the financial services industry in 1978 and brings 40 years of experience to BHAM.
As a consultant to attorneys and their clients in arbitration and trials, Mr. Halpern has acted as an expert witness representing both claimants and respondents. Mr. Halpern is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) as accredited by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He has met a stringent set of criteria and passed a rigorous exam administered by the ACFE.

In order to become a CFE, Halpern has met a stringent set of criteria and passed a rigorous exam administered by the ACFE. Halpern has successfully met the ACFE's character, experience, and education requirements for the CFE credential, and has demonstrated knowledge in four areas critical to the fight against fraud: Fraudulent Financial Transactions, Criminology & Ethics, Legal Elements of Fraud and Fraud Investigation.
BHAM has established a Code of Ethics that will apply to all of its associated persons. BHAM is considered a fiduciary according to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. As a fiduciary, it is an BHAM's responsibility to provide fair and full disclosure of all material facts and to act solely in the best interest of each of our clients at all times.
