We have had Shuttermart in our 3 times. Obviously their quality work brought them back to the second and third time. I’ve tried several different window coverings over the years but the shutters they’ve installed have lasted and are timeless in design. In fact I’m getting ready to do another window and you know who I’m calling!!!

From the beginning to the installation, Shuttermart was the *best* choice of shutters for my 1 bed/1 bath condo here in Hillcrest. Our installation was at a standstill due to me waiting on the delivery of my new windows and Sliding Glass door from another unrelated vendor. But, once those got installed- my beautiful shutters from Shuttermart came, were installed SO fast and are a remarkable addition to my small space. 10/10 would recommend over and over again!

I got shutters installed from Shuttermart about 15 years ago. They STILL look brand new. So I decided to get them for my bedroom. I couldn’t remember their name from 15 or so years ago so I went to H Depot where they sent a rep out and he quoted me a ridiculous price for one shutter. I then went online and “BINGO” I remembered who did our downstairs. I called them, they came out and measured and 8 weeks later they came and installed. They are simply beautiful at a fraction of what I was quoted from the other place. Now I’m just upset that I didn’t get my other 3 bedrooms done which means

I have used Shuttermart twice now, and will be using their services again. Jon Gardner is a very nice and knowledgeable person. He came out both times to give me an estimate and answer all my questions. I was excited to get my shutters. The only down side is the waiting for the shutters. There was several months lead time for both installs. I know that's not their fault. The install went very smoothly. My shutters look beautiful and their prices are very fair.

Absolutely fantastic and painless process. I LOVE my plantation shutters!!! Everything from the measurement to the final install was wonderful. I've forgotten the installer's name but he has 16 years of experience and whipped those shutters up perfectly in no time! They are a clean, beautiful look. I would only buy at Shuttermart from this point forward.

Outstanding in ever way! I requested an in-home estimate and it was easy to arrange an appointment. Estimate person is highly trained and has over 25 years' experience with this business. He arrived on time, took measurements, discussed the many options available and the cost. I was astounded by their very competitive prices (much less than I imagined). We set an installation date. The installer arrived on time, clean, installed the shutters perfectly.

his field. He does an excellent job from start to finish. We have continually used Shuttermart from the first room we had done years ago to the most resent sliding shutter doors in our dining room.

This is a delayed review. We had Shuttermart shutters for about a year now. Chris came to our house measured the window and gave a good suggestions for what kind of shutter should suit our window, after that he gave us a reasonable quote. Daniel did a fantastic job and finished it in a timely manner, and after the installation, Daniel also cleaned the area very nicely.

After deciding to get shutters, we had a few companies cone by for advice and a quote. Shuttermart stood out for multiple reasons; quality, price and definitely also the experience & expertise of Jon (sales rep). He helped us make decisions about two custom pieces we need and was very helpful and available throughout the entire process.
Installation took place approximately five weeks after putting in the order (except for one custom piece that took about ten weeks). Installation was done by Daniel, who is amazing. He is very professional, fast and made sure that all the finishings look fantastic

The salesman, John, was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product. His recommendations were very helpful. We, obviously, used this company and, the installer Daniel was a bit early (unheard of in the biz), he was pleasant and professional. The room looks finished AND he caulked the shutters to the walls! We recently moved into Santee from a larger house in El Cajon. We had Shuttermart shutters in our old house and decided to get them again. They did not disappoint, again. Jon the designer and Daniel the installer were terrific. Shutters fit the openings perfectly with only minor adjustments. Daniel installed shutters in 14 windows and a sliding glass door in about 5 hours without a break. Both men were courteous, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. If we move again and need shutters again, we'll definitely call Shuttermart. Highly recommend them.

Jamie was without a doubt exceptional. Who knew selecting shutters was going to have so many options. She showed up to our house on a Saturday and walked us thru all the options for our non-standard windows. We deeply regret I trusted this company and the sales person. We discussed price and he verbally agreed. When he wrote up the paperwork he did it in three separate invoices. Unfortunately, my wife signed the paperwork without reviewing it closely because we trusted the salesperson. We made a large down payment and after most of the Shutters were installed we were asked to pay a larger amount then initially agreed on. I telephoned the sales person and stated the problem. He basically said look at the paper work, the higher amount is correct.

I saw the shutters at my Dad's and wanted them! My designer John was extremely detailed and even came back to re-measure with samples to ensure the shutters would properly fit my sliding glass door. It was a little too close and John recommended not placing them on those doors. His honesty made me trust him even more! I had added shutters to 4 windows and they are incredible! The block the heat, and look amazing! Very happy! I will be adding an additional room!!
