The team from Platinum Restoration did an excellent job repairing my home. Specifically, David does beautiful work, he's a perfectionist. Chris repaired ceilings and painted, also perfect. Shawn, the contractor, was always in communication with me every step of the way. I know his job wasn't easy with the pandemic and trouble getting materials.

I had a backup of my sewer in the laundry room and after the sewer was unblocked I needed someone to professionally clean up. I called my State Farm agent and he referred Platinum Restoration. This was my first experience with Platinum Restoration and I'm so happy because they did an excellent job, they were very professional (explaining everything), and friendly. Lydell and his co-worker went to work right away and there was no waiting to go and have someone else come out to do the work. They cleaned better than I could ever do myself. There was a smell and it is completely gone. (Thank goodness

Platinum is one of the best restoration companies around! Their customer service and their work is phenomenal. I have used them several times and they are always prompt, professional and it is obvious they have the customers best interests in mind regardless of the situation. If you need work done to your house, roof, or other type of loss mitigation - give them a call. You will be happy you did! They can even work directly with your insurance company!

Platinum Restoration was referred to us by our insurance company after a tree struck and destroyed the heart of our home. From the moment they arrived to protect our belongings from the elements, I knew we had the right caring people helping us though a very difficult time. Ray and Michelle Santiago, as well as everyone else at Platinum treated us like family. Once the clean-up was done, we had to choose a contractor to rebuild. When we found out that Platinum could do that, the choice was easy. We now have our home back. Everyone at Platinum and all the sub-contractors exceeded our expectations
