This place is a shining example of exemplary customer service. They took the cushion and I waited in their lobby looking at examples of their top-quality upholstery work. Within a couple minutes they had it back in my hands, fixed perfectly. I expected the price to fix it to be relatively inexpensive but it was way WAY cheaper than I imagined.

I called this place to get an estimate to replace the fabric on a small bench seat. A man answered and I proceeded to inquire on what I needed done, and he bluntly said he was very busy because the government was giving out money to people who shouldn't have it and causing him to be overwhelmed with business and he was short one guy so that makes only five of them and it would take 6 weeks for him to get to my job. WHAT IN THE WORLD?! I could not believe my ears. He immediately lost business from me. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I love old school, quality craftsmanship - and this shop fits the bill! I recently bought a new-to-me sofa sleeper but the cushions were too firm. When I asked about having the foam replaced with something less firm, I was met with some resistance, being advised that most people want firm cushions, but we finally came to an agreement - just a little less firm foam it is! He had to order the foam but was done in less than a week. He even cut my old foam cushions down so I could use them for a different project. All in all, I am a happy camper.

Nobody gets 5 stars from almost everyone. 56 people gave 5 star ratings and 2 honest ones told the real story. They must have had a lot of family post reviews. My wife and stopped in last week with the cushions we needed remade for our camper. The manager (couldn't have been an owner) was less than friendly and after a few questions, he was almost combative. We finally settled on the foam stiffness and fabric. We were still ready place an order. He told us that he was much too busy to do a quote and would get back to us after the weekend. He also mentioned that foam prices we're going

I found this business on Yelp and I based on reviews decided to reach out to them in regards to making my antique chairs look new again. I'm so happy I chose them because my chairs are absolutely gorgeous. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is phenomenal plus they have tons of fabric samples to choose from. Alan (the owner) and his team are incredibly personable. They understand what customer service means. They are ready to please, let's just put it that way. Love this old fashioned way of doing business. You don't pay until the furniture is done, no down payments or anything...complete trust system. You can bring a picture of your furniture into the shop and he'll give you a quote based upon the piece and the fabric you choose. They then will come to your home to pick up your old furniture with their truck and as soon as it is reupholstered they will schedule a time to deliver it

I recently was interested in having my two living room chairs recovered. I found Carlson's Upholstery on Yelp and decided to use them. I was hoping that I picked the right fabric and that I would be happy with the results. I was more than happy! My chairs are just beautiful. I'm so thrilled. I highly recommend Carlson's. They picked up my chairs right away told me they would be back the next week and they were true to their word.

I had my old chair reupholstered and I love love love it! I was so glad to have it redone because I didn't want to lose my favorite chair but it also looked very dingy. Mr. Carlson did a fantastic job and he even made additional arm covers. He also got the chair back to me in a week which was way faster than I had expected which was awesome! All in all it's worth the money to choose Carlson's.

Mr. Allen and everyone here is very helpful and capable to do any job you bring to them. Our hospital is redoing the chapel kneeler cushions after over 10 years of use and the new ones are so comfortable.
These folks were also the best price in town, probably because they do a lot of work here and have been doing them since 1939. While I was getting quote for our job, I saw a white leather sofa that was reupholstered and it looked fantastic. And I also saw a local university bringing a truck load of chairs to be reupholstered. I knew then this was the place for us, and they sure made it better

Ok. . . Goodness. . . Worth every penny. They go above and beyond I the arena of Service. I love dealing with family owned business. They were very transparent by letting me know up front the cost would exceed what I'd spend on a new set, gave great advice, and were patient with me in regards to my many questions and wanting to see the results midway through the process.
What I received back was a beautiful, basically rebuilt living room set. Beautiful fabric, firmer cushions, customizations I requested (zippers on all pillows for washability). I definitely recommend Carlson. Beautiful people

My first RV sofa was done very well, but the second one was not up to par. I sent the photos to Pat asking "why", but now they do not respond now that the job is done. I had expected both to be done the same with the same level of quality.
I'm most disappointed in the workmanship. Plus, now that I have moved out of the area it is not simple for me to drop it off for a repair.

Wow! My mid century modern couch and rocking chair came out beautiful. Carlsons gave a super fast turnaround after picking up the two pieces.
I purchased the fabric for reupholstering the couch and gave it to them. I picked fabric for the rocking chair from their super huge selection of fabrics.
Beautiful job! And they had the best price of the three shops I visited. One shop quoted me a price to do just the couch, that was 40% higher than the price I paid for the couch AND chair.
I will be back: I have two wing chairs that belonged to my grandma that need new upholstery.
