It's no stretch to say maintenance budgets are limited at school districts. The requirement of maximizing the value of every dollar spent is driving the implementations of HA5 at more and more school districts every year. We selected Holbrook for our HOA to reseal our roads. Their price was fair, service excellent, response time excellent. Very professional. Highly recommended! The product they use will last three times as long as other products used in the past by other companies. Our roads look the best ever!!

As President of a large HOA here in the west valley at Litchfield Greens, it's my responsibility to ensure that our residents are getting the level of service and quality of work that we are all paying for...Justin and his team really came thru for us and all of the challenges along the way were met with a high level of support and attention to detail that just plain tough to find these days. We did a complete HA5 overlay to increase the life of our legacy pavement, all residents are happy with the the cosmetic makeover that this treatment provided, but as a member of the BOD we're happier with
