Pilates is a complete system of unique, prescribed exercises done in a specific, very particular and purposeful manner on very specialized equipment to massage the body back into uniform development so it can breathe and circulate. Pilates decompresses your joints and consequently stimulates and improves circulation.

This enhances circulation combined with increased strength, range of motion and more balanced musculature promotes healthy tissue and precise, efficient movement patterns. Each time you come to a lesson at PilatesBodies, you will be guided through exercises to facilitate the learning of new movement patterns.
Services
At PilatesBodies each session is instructed specifically for the person or group assembled. All sessions are 50 minutes except where otherwise indicated. Private Pilates sessions are the most effective way to focus on your individual unique needs, injuries or chronic concerns. Use as an initial evaluation as well as periodic tune-ups or opportunities to further your personal fitness goals.
Work with a Host Advisor and Graduate affiliated with The Pilates Center, Boulder CO, teaching teachers since 1990 and world renowned for our quality and high standards. Gain valuable, applicable knowledge, be guided in your teaching, and supported through the entire process by a graduate of The Pilates Center's Advanced or Bridge Teacher Training Programs.
