Shadow Run is great! Whether to live or if you are visiting beautiful Steamboat Springs, this location is situated a quick shuttle ride to the resort and has plenty of parking. While the exterior is in need of updating, the units are owned individually and as such, some are very nice on the inside. The property also boast two hot tubs, a pool, community grilling areas and a gad fire pit.

Decent amenities, but rough around the edges. The condos appear they were built in the 70's and haven't been updated much. The condo we stayed in had terrible beds and the traffic noise (with the windows closed) was enough to wake us up multiple times per night. The beds were also terrible, old schools spring mattresses. The floors are loud, unless you stay on the top floor the people above you will wake you up when they get up. This is a bare bones kinda place just to lay your head.
