Why have atm locations listed on your website as able to go to if they are not for public use. My family friend daughter who does not do mobile app or online has to make deposits and couldn’t since branch not open till 930. Went to atm listed and they said not for public use. Was a huge waste of gas and time

Don't go to this place they are discriminating to new clients. They will not allow you to open account unless you work for a school district or a family member. Anyone can lie bring a friend and say they are a family member. They also had nothing to do and all the banker female looked at me in group watch me walk out and laugh was rude and weird. The place doesn't even pay enough interest.

I've been a member of the credit union since 1999 , they have taken care of me and my family when we needed help with loans and different accts.The bank helped me to start a new beginning in my finances . I want to give a special Thank You to CYNTHIA Bermudez because she has helped me so much in all my banking business and has been there when I needed assistance with banking out of state with No problem.Ive moved out of state but I still do my banking with thinkwise. They make you feel comfortable with them.

So Thinkwise is actually not my bank, but they are partnered with my bank Navy Federal Credit. I made a deposit of 1000 dollars on Tuesday at 9 am. I'm use to cash being available immediately but since I used a different bank I figured I would go ask the bank. I was told it takes 24 hours. Next day still no deposit so I return to thinkwise to figure out the problem and they couldn't produce my envelope or tell me when my money would be deposited. I had to call navy federal to figure out how it works. So if you're depositing using an envelope from another bank, then it takes 3 to 5 business days
