Winter of 2014, I had my cabin lose heat and freeze the water system. I called Gary to come out and evaluate the pump and well, which failed to function after the freeze. I really needed him to offer a recommendation and get things moving toward a fix, and felt he didn't need my business. His communication was poor at best. Professionally, as a person representing the well pump industry, I would have expected him to be asking questions of the customer to fully determine what the situation is, in order to determine what, professionally, needs to be done to remedy the customer’s problem.
