I called West Coast Pool to get a quote for replacing my single speed pump, which had a motor going out, with a new variable speed pump. David was vey helpful in providing a recommendation for the replacement pump and quoted a fair price to replace it. Once it let him know to proceed he was able to get someone out the following day to install the new pump. I'm very happy with quality and timeliness or the installation and would recommend the company to others.

Thank you David for such a great experience. I called David for an estimate on a pool heater. He came out on time and was super helpful. With all the information that he was providing me, I decided to use David to replace our pool heater, and I couldn't been more happier. Dave was able to send his crew out for rock and pool slide painting and sealing on extremely short notice, even though he had major remodeling work booked months in advance. They also replaced mastic around the pool. They were on time, professional, and did excellent work. The price was very reasonable, and Dave was honest about all the work required, such as draining the pool to do the best job. This business really knows customer service, and does quality work.

I contracted to have the calcium ring removed from my pool and the tile sealed. I tried cleaning the tile myself and it seemed impossible. West Coast Pools was able to have somebody out at my house in a couple days with proper equipment who made our tiles look new again. Great job.

We called West Coast Pool Service for a quote to replace our pool heater and also add some wireless automation through our phones. David was fast to reply and gave a very competitive estimate for the heater replacement and adding on a Pentair wireless control device. After installing the pool heater turned on and he showed me how to use the app to control the heater, water features and lighting. This was a super smooth transaction and I would definitely call again for future service.

I wanted to leave an updated review specifically about their weekly pool service. West Coast pools has been coming every week to clean my pool and my pool looks pristine. In the past, I had issues with other pool companies not showing up weekly and my pool always looked dirty. This has not happened with West Coast Pools. They are very knowledgeable and honest. I really am so glad I found this great company. I highly recommend trying them out!

Bought a home with a pool only with later regrets having realized how expensive it was to maintain a pool. With multiple jobs needed to restore my pool to the dream pool I have always envisioned, I found David owner of WestCoast Pool off yelp who held my hand throughout this journey. David was extremely cordial, professional, honest, and punctual. He practically told you what you needed and what you didn't, and as a newbie to the field I appreciated this. Edit: So I let my sticker shock from other companies get the best of me. David came out, showed me exactly where shifting in the coping on my spa caused the problem with the tiles. He fixed the tile, let me know what to expect, and gave me some next steps. I appreciate the respectful way he handled it and will call West Coast for a bid when we do the big job. I love a company that not only responds to negative reviews but turns a negative into a way way positive.

I found west coast pool service on yelp and saw the 5 star reviews. I find that the reviews may be false or staged for promotion purposes.
David Initially seemed professional, he listed his services via text, set up a day and showed up. Great! Right!?
1)After two weeks I text David, I asked if he had come to clean the pool since it hadn't looked cleaned.
David called me aggressively and asked what my problem was, he was upset that I questioned if he had come to service the pool. I told him to not speak to me that way. As a paying customer I have the right to ask any questions

We moved to our new place March 2019, and I had gotten a few quotes to have my pool redone. I came across David, and felt like he was the best option. Although I had to wait 6 months to have my pool start, it was definitely worth the wait. We just completed our pool. It needed pretty much everything done; new plaster, all new equipment including a smart system, new piping, new coping, new deck, and we even added a custom rock slide.
From beginning to end, David has been super responsive to all my questions without hesitation. He always answered my texts and calls even when he was on vacation

We can't say enough good things about West Coast Pool Service. They responded with a quote quickly after we supplied a couple pictures. Because of their professional response and the good reviews we read, we hired them to install complete new pool equipment (filter, heater and pump), replacing our 37 year old outdated and broken equipment. They also dug and installed a complete new 135ft gas line. David's crew were quick, efficient and respectful of plants and fencing when digging and installing the new gas line. Everything for the new equipment was installed in 1 day and by the time they left

We recently purchased our home which was built in the late 1960s and from the looks of it the pool, spa, decking, and plumbing were crica 1960s. Dave and West Coast Pools rebuilt entire pool and relocated plumbing and equipment to other side of house (per our request). Our pool needed a LOT of work, so his team did basically everything short of building an entire new pool. Dave gave great advice on pool configuration as well as provided useful guidance on finishing touches (deco-tile, plaster color, lighting, coping, baja, etc).
