The WMC offers an assortment of seven unique rooms complete with built in/portable A/V options, onsite staffing to help your event flow smoothly, onsite catering, FREE parking behind our building, handicap accessibility to each of our rentable rooms, and FREE Wi-Fi. Lisa and the Masonic Center were the perfect choice for us.

Every step of the way Lisa made sure we were on track and ready for a night that ran smoothly and was hands off so we could enjoy. We got so many compliments on the how beautiful the building was and what a great space/set up there was. Lisa helped to make decorating and set up so easy and quick. Such a beautiful and interesting building, wonderful staff, and great service.

The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars? No A/C. Otherwise nice old building.

Magnificent venue left from yesteryear. Auditorium seats over 1000! Beautiful woodwork and tile floors in the 1924 building. Ample parking on nearby streets and parking garage.

I was here over the weekend for a wedding and LOVED this building. It's a great location and within walking distance of the Capitol Building. It's historic and has many different areas to rent for events. An auditorium, banquet hall, sitting room, beautiful bathrooms, and a great staff to help cater events. There is so much room. The wedding was in one of the auditoriums and was the perfect place for it, then we went downstairs for the reception and had a great time. The staff was so nice and really made this event great for all there.

I played an event here recently.
GORGEOUS historic venue. I was very impressed-- most historic venues are either at least partially remodeled or partially in disrepair. This appeared to be all original, but was in perfect shape, down to the light bulbs. The main theatre is very large. The chairs are not the most comfortable.
If you are doing music I would bring your own sound, the built in sound systems leave a lot to be desired.
They provided food for our event-- just sandwiches, sides, and cookies, but they were very good.
There was plenty of street parking because it was the weekend.

Beautiful building and has quite a history in Madison. A historical landmark, it is quite maintained and a wonderful venue for shows, wedding receptions, galas, conventions and more. Staff is also quite accommodating and helpful as well. Highly Recommend!

The party we had there was a ton of fun. The building was gorgeous. The staff were dressed on theme. The only negative was the food was only okay. I didn't ding them for that though since I don't know if they provided the food or if that was another group we had contracted with.
