My favorite car wash. I thought my rims were badly scuffed up from all the driving I do, but turns out the other car washes I’ve gone to didn’t clean them proper. Best car wash around!

Currently waiting 3 weeks and counting because a kid broke my rear windshield wipers cover and jus tried to put it back like I wouldn't see him. No call back or anything. I have to keep pulling up and refuse to use their service. They still charges me 2x after canceling. Never refunded me or fixed the windshield wiper cover. Worst in fr. Just go wash your car yourself because the brushes leave scratches too

I’ve been coming here for a while. The only reason is because, there’s not many other car washes in the area to choose from. Every time I come here, I’m left with car car dirty. I have attached a picture of my rim after me having wiped half of it with a dry paper towel with minimal effort. Every time I come here I get the $19.00 wash. I went to get a wash today because the front of my car was covered in bugs. In the past, the workers at the beginning of the wash did an energetic brush/spray of the front and back of the car. But today - not so much - a half-hearted spray of the front and a second little spray when I explained there were a lot of bugs but no brushing and no attention or caring to the condition of my car.

Probably won't be using them again if they are this inconsistent in quality of the workers.

If you like having to wash your car after washing your car, this is the place for you! When I pulled my vehicle out of the car wash it was still full of soap. By the time I got back home to rinse off their mess, the soap had already started to get stuck on my car. My car honestly looked the same coming out as it did going in. My little hose at home was able to rinse away so much light dirt on the car and bugs came off with water and a little pressure. Used to be a good car wash. They raised prices recently and made improvements. Last experience there was not good. Tire shine was only on one side of car. I called to complain and went on their website too. No response! No more Big Blue Car Wash...

Excellent car wash. got to know all the employees there, they're very efficient, power wash the car and clean the tires and wheels before going into the wash.car gets cleaned fantastically. I wash my car at least two times a week there and they never complain about me going through it's 29.95 a month unlimited car washes with the undercarriage and dryer. does a great job on my van. Van looks brand new and it's a 2009. You absolutely won't go wrong with this car wash, I think it's the best in the city.

If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Their change machines are CONSTANTLY broken or taped up. The vacuums either have NO suction or the attachment falls off while you are vacuuming. The trashes are ALWAYS overflowing, the detailing hut employees haunt you to get your car detailed, I tell the kid "no thanks, that's why I'm vacuuming and cleaning it out myself" and the kid says "I can do much better than that." We just went to Big Blue Carwash and purchased their best monthly membership package. $39.99 We assumed memberships run 30 days from purchase. Not the case. On our receipt we were charged a prorated $16. Had there had been some signage or info before purchasing membership we would have waited, being there is only 1day left in the month. So instead we were hoodwinked into paying for a full price wash. Not good business.

What a good car wash should be. Mostly.

This car wash is of the hybrid worker pre-wash / automated tunnel style. When you first pull in, an automated payment station either scans an RFID tag if your a member, or collects payment for the wash you choose. The prices are fairly average.

After queuing up, when you pull into the entrance, a worker does a pre-wash of your vehicle to get the spots the automated equipment has trouble with. This is the "mostly" part. Depending on what worker is running the show, sometimes the worker will simply go through the motions and take less than 20 seconds

Great find there was a employee there very helpful and took the extra time to get those areas where the car wash equipment might not. Very happy with the results

Go to their wash weekly now. It's frigging awesome. I like Clint. Megan. And Ken. But the detail Bay is where it's at. It's like they make your car look new. Really and for cheap. It think it was the owner but he detailed my two trucks and my wife car. I kept going back . We love it. I go in weekly for a number three . It's like a detail. Good for the money. Top of the line, recent construction (w/i the past 10 years, at ant rate ... ), well designed entrance that is fully automated regards wash selection and payment (e.g.; two lanes, merge to one at entrance - two lanes for selection and payment).
An added PLUS is the semi independent Detailing Shop ( Pharoh ? ) after you have come through the proper car wash itself! For example!

AWFUL. Paid $16 for the deluxe car wash and every single window is disgustingly dirty still. Water marks so bad that I had to redo them all. Why would I pay for a car wash when I have to redo it myself?

I called to speak with someone about either getting my money back or a do over and the first guy I talked to said I would have to come in and talk to the manager. When I called again to see if the manager was there, they had apparently closed two hours early, so I left a detailed message. Haven't heard from them since.

Save yourself the money and go somewhere else or do it yourself. Worst

I currently live in Middletown. I signed up for their monthly package $27 per month with unlimited washes. Their upholstery cleaner hose is so filthy that it puts more dirt/grease/oil on my light beige seats. They are the money expensive vacuums and upholstery cleaners in the area. Their vacuums don't have great suction and in my first month, they have closed early twice. 5-10 min early. I tip well and e expect them to keep their hours. The website says they close at 6:00 but phone message say 6:30. Anyways, they should stay open until 6 pm

I was so happy when this car wash opened up near me, as my spot before this was in Somerset. The unlimited monthly washes was definitely something that caught my attention, especially in the winter time. It's a blessing. There's 2 things about this place that lose a star for me. It's that there is no self-service wash booths and that the wheel cleaner I think is too powerful and after a few washes my ABS light would come on after going through.
