Purchased a machine from them awhile back. After sales support is non-existent. Absolutely no response back after several messages. The girl in the store cannot help solve issues. Everything needs to go through the owner who is never there. So now I'm sitting here with a piece of non-working junk in my house and I have to find someone else to repair my pinball machine.

The place is great looks fantastic staff is okay been there twice, first time a guy helped me wasn't as informative but was very helpful purchased cue balls and stick. 2nd time I walked in said hello to a women didn't respond said hello again and was given the index finger (meaning wait) usually in customer service you'd think it would be the other way around. Ehh she was informative at all really. Too bad this place doesn't offer specials or rewards especially with the prices they have.

Went to Rainbow Blvd location to see if they have a pinball machine Ive been looking for, for years! A kind lady was assisting others with pool cues so she said she would be right with me. As that made me feel welcomed as a guest. I was not seeing the Pinball machine I've been wanting and knew it was a long shot, but I asked her when she was done if she had a particular game. She called the Sunset location and said YES! We have that machine! I waited until the next day to take my wife and daughter to see the condition of the machine etc. From the moment we walked in the door we felt comfortable

I love the fact they were quick to come out and deliver a pool table and I had found a special online for free cue balls with Golden Knights on them but apparently it was over. They still have me the deal in good faith. My sides were scratched on my pool table so they are bringing me new ones but still gave me ones from the floor just so I would have my pool table set up for an event. AMAZING SERVICE.

We had a 8' ft pool table in our game room that we had brought with us when we moved here. It was just a bit to big for the space even with shorter cues. We went to look at Billiards n More for a bumper pool game table combo. Shaney was extremely helpful and recommended a very nice bumper pool table with a top which could be added. Better size for our room. The owner made a very fair offer to buy our existing table and we scheduled delivery/pickup for a few days later. Nico and partner (Sorry did not get his name) called prior to coming as they were running a little ahead of schedule

If you've ever considered moving a shuffleboard table you know it's a daunting task. I called the store, spoke to Suzy who arranged for an estimate. Kevin came out, and after some measurements decided that they could move it down the stairs. On moving day, his team arrived promptly and got to work. Long story short, no issues, no damage, and perfect relocation. They were professional and knew their craft. Two thumbs up to the team. I recommend them without hesitation.

My husband was interested in buying a pool table for our new home and he contacted this business. He got in touch with Craig, and began throwing in some offers. My husband decided to look elsewhere based on this guy's rude and unnecessary responses. Please see them for yourself on the pictures. People with common sense and customer service skills know that this is not the way to respond! Even if you think that the offers are ridiculous. If anything, one should explain to the customer why they cannot accept the offer in a descriptive and courteous manner

I visited this place a few times. I like the variety of pool tables, arcade games, pool cue and pool cue accessories. They have lots of it and if they don't have it, they can order it for you.
The reason why I gave them a "4" star was the fact that they have to order pool cues and pool cue accessories. I wish they would carry Meucci, McDermott, Schon, Joss, Pechauer, jump cues and some more pricey cues. I understood they don't want that much inventory. It's the same for the accessories, need more brand new billiard gloves.

Customer service is lacking. Be prepared to have to do all of the follow up yourself as they do not return calls. Have been waiting almost a month for the rest of my order. After spending over $6000 you'd think they would stay on top of things but they do not. Now the guys that come out to set up the table and do the deliveries are great!

Purchased a pool table, ball set, and pub table with chairs. Had one stool crack, so they swapped it out. We took the second stool in when it started to crack in the same place (so clearly a manufacturer defect). Sales person said that they would not warranty a 6 month old ($300) barstool. We talked a little more and she said she would call the owner and give us a call back. Never called. Disappointing customer service to say the least.

I agreed to purchase a pinball machine from BilliardsAndMore, and I tried numerous times to contact them thru email and phone about scheduling a pickup time and to put down a deposit. Given my 20 phone calls and emails, they had to know that I wanted the pinball machine, right?
I never put done consideration when I agreed to purchase the pinball machine, so BilliardsAndMore has the right to sell the pinball machine to anyone. Sadly, BilliardsAndMore could reach me after the sale to notify me that they sold the pinball machine to someone else. But

I love Billards N More. I bought an 8 ft pool table from them 6 years ago and it was a little too big but still fun to play with. We moved out of state and just recently moved back to Vegas and wanted to put the table back up. Billards N More gave us credit back so we could trade our old table for a smaller table. That's a plus because some stores don't do that. Also we had them set up our new table and both Quinton and Darcy were very professional, did a fantastic job and informed us if we had any problems with it in the future, they could assist us with that as well. I honestly don't know that I have dealt with a business as incompetent as Billiards N More. We purchased a table top from these guys that was supposed to come with paddles, net and balls. We called to make sure the table top was in and were told it was. Once we arrived, the lone salesman in the store completely ignored us and spent about 30 minutes helping another customer. I finally made a snide remark about how horrible their service was, and he agreed to help us out. Right from the start, JASON was amazing. The company I work for was looking for a distinctive gift for our CEO. I, know NOTHING about arcade games... but went down there anyway. Spoke to Jason and gave him an idea of what we're trying to accomplish. Jason did all the research on the games, sent me over options and pricing breakdowns. We wanted the game here on 01/30/16, but ended up getting our game 2 weeks early. The entire staff is very happy with the game and will recommend going to see Jason for all your gaming needs!
