It’s never easy to come to a tough spot in life where you need to file for bankruptcy, but it is your right to do so. After completing a five-year chapter 13 plan successfully, looking back, the law firm that I partnered with was absolutely my 2nd most important decision. From getting it filed, to walking alongside of me during the 5 year plan, Michael Bolinske and his team were superb. Michael Bolinske handled our bankruptcy 7 years ago and did so with compassion and efficiency, but his service did not end there. He was there for us yet again this year when we discovered some liens had been erroneously been attached to our home. Michael Bolinske is a caring and compassionate attorney. He truly understands that when people are in a situation like this they are stressed, sad, and even depressed. He handled our bankruptcy and that was over 7 years ago, but we needed him again this year because some liens snuck their way onto our property and we were looking into refinancing.
