All our sewer main cleanings include a free camera inspection of the sewer lines. The purpose of a camera inspection is to determine the condition of the property's sewer line and to determine if the system is functioning as designed. The camera head also has a built in transmitter which puts out a signal that enables us to locate where the problem is and the depth of the line.

If you have a sewer issue, CT Sewer and Drain is fantastic! They are responsive, customer service oriented, reasonable and competent. So nice too and when you’ve got a sewer problem, you need someone who is genuinely caring and nice to you when everything else is going wrong.

On the Saturday morning before Father’s Day we experienced a blockage in our septic system, causing water to back up into the basement. Not knowing who else to call, I called a plumber that I have dealt with in the recent past. The plumber recommended CT Sewer and Drain. I fully expected to have to deal with this issue through the weekend, but Jeff called me back very quickly and said that he’d be there about 2 PM. I was absolutely thrilled when he called to tell me that he would be about 15 minutes early. To make a long story short, the issue was taken care of, and everything is working great

As an agent and investor I deal with a lot of contractors, so I've seen my share of good and not so good. The service I received was phenomenal! I called and was able to be serviced same day, I was shown my issue via the camera and explained the solution. Then after the work, the space was left cleaner than how it initially was! A friendly team showed up in the morning. I immediately knew that I made the right choice to contact them; instead of other corporate plumbing companies. They took care of the clog, showed me what was causing the back up, and even gave me some pointers on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. Their price was extremely reasonable. I trust this company, and will definitely use them again if need.
