Services
For underfloor slabs on grade in a below grade condition, Division Seven 1st performs a site review to verify the subsurface drainage has been put in properly. We then install a pre-applied waterproof membrane system which forms a chemical bond to the concrete when it is placed. Below grade foundation walls are cleaned and primed.
Waterproofing a deck over a living space requires one vital result - no leaks. Division Seven conducts a site review and visually inspects all deck substrates prior to installing our waterproofing. We apply multi-coat, 2-component urethane waterproofing systems that have excellent durability and waterproofing characteristics.
