As a founding member of Osborne Fletcher PLLC, Crystal represents clients throughout the state of Kentucky. She focuses her practice area entirely on family law and assists people with cases involving paternity, dissolution of marriage, child custody and property division. Ms. Osborne was born in Ashland, Kentucky but raised on Army bases all over the world.
Eileen is a graduate of Transylvania University and University of Kentucky's College of Law. She has likewise received additional training and certification as a mediator by the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts and Harvard Law School.
In addition to her commitment to her practice, Eileen finds great joy in her service to the community, serving as a current board member and the immediate past President of both the Chrysalis House, Inc. and Girl Scouts Wilderness Road Council.She is likewise a current advisory board member and past President of Carnegie Center for Literacy & Learning.

More often than not, adoptions are considered one of the few joyous parts of the practice of family law. Adopting a child and solidifying the legal relationship between parent and child is a very happy occasion, but the adoption process can be very challenging for those not well-practiced in it. Though not always the case, adoptions can be difficult if, for example, the termination of one's rights is being sought involuntarily.
There may be times when a Court issues a ruling that one party is not pleased with for whatever reason. Though appeals can be very difficult given the family courts wide discretion, they are certainly not impossible. If you have received a final and appealable Order that you are displeased with and believe is contrary to the law of this Commonwealth, it is imperative that you discuss such concerns with a competent family law attorney immediately.

In what seemed to be a hopeless situation, Crystal gave us hope! Father's rights, alienation, and advocacy in KY have been a horrific battle but she has went above and beyond to fight for change.
